The following requirements MUST be met when processing an EZTel transaction:
The following information must be completely read to the customer PRIOR to submitting the transaction:
“Upon approval of this transaction, we will electronically debit your checking account for the full authorized amount. Should the debit be returned unpaid by your bank, the full authorized amount plus the state allowable returned item fee may both be immediately debited from your account. Do you authorize this transaction?”
After transaction is approved, the following information must be completely read to the customer:
“The transaction for the full authorized amount has been approved and will be electronically debited from your account within 24 hours.”
Each verbal order MUST be recorded OR you must send the consumer written order acknowledgement within 24 hours of processing the transaction.
OUTBOUND TELEMARKETING businesses are prohibited from using the EZTel service

Log on to the Website using the link provided:

Enter your Username and Password in the Login Screen and press submit.

From the “Transaction ” menu, select the “Electronic Check Deposit with Verification” option to process a check or “Transaction Review” to review the check batch for that day.

- To process a transaction, follow the instructions on the screen:
|

|
- Once you have entered the transaction data, a response screen will appear.
|
|
You will either receive a “Transaction approved” or “Transaction declined” response. To run another check, click on “Process Another Transaction” (found below the response box).
|
- From the main menu, selecting “Transaction Review” will allow you to access details on checks you have already processed. Enter the date range you want to review and click “Submit.”

- After pressing “Submit,” you will be taken to a Transaction Summary screen:

- If you would like additional details on an item, click on that item’s “ID” (first column). A Transaction Detail screen will appear:

- When finished, be sure to “Log Out” of your current session.
