Randy Rutledge
President & Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Rutledge came to EZCheck Check
Services, Inc., in February 2003. As president & CEO, Mr. Rutledge
is responsible for managing the company's extensive operations,
leading the development of strategies that position the company
for growth, and aggressively driving revenue and profit opportunities.
Mr. Rutledge has over 22 years of leadership experience in the high
growth financial services sector, most recently as senior vice president
and chief marketing officer of TeleCheck Services, Inc., a subsidiary
of Denver-based First Data Corporation. In his various positions
at TeleCheck, Mr. Rutledge developed an extensive background in
the check and credit card payments industry. In addition, Mr. Rutledge
was instrumental in the successful development and implementation
of the first-ever test and product introduction of electronic check
conversion in the mid 1990s. Mr. Rutledge also served on both the
TeleCheck Executive Committee and the First Data Operating Committee.
A native of Oklahoma, Mr. Rutledge
graduated from the University of Oklahoma and completed the Harvard
Business School's Advanced Management Program in 2000.

Singer
Vice President Sales & Marketing
Mr. Singer joined EZCheck Check Services,
Inc., in March 2003. As vice president sales and marketing, Mr.
Singer oversees business development for the company and its national
network of Independent Sales Offices. Prior to joining EZCheck,
Mr. Singer was vice president -general sales manager for The ABS
Companies. Mr. Singer has a wide-range of expertise in the payments
industry and spent seven years at TeleCheck Services, Inc., serving
in progressively responsible positions in the sales and marketing
area. As director of sales training, Mr. Singer played a key role
in the implementation of the company's electronic check conversion
product. Mr. Singer is veteran of the United States Navy - Nuclear
Submarine Service and graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University
of Houston School of Business.
Jenny Pepper
Director of Customer Operations
Ms. Pepper joined EZCheck Check Services, Inc., in April 2005. As director of customer operations, Ms. Pepper oversees the customer service, technical, and application support departments. Ms. Pepper managed a customer call center for Interline Brands before joining EZCheck. Ms. Pepper has over 19 years of experience in the payments industry. In her 14 years at TeleCheck Services, Inc., Ms. Pepper held several vital positions, most recently as a national accounts manager and the manager for the national training call center. Ms. Pepper was the service manager for the San Diego regional office before moving to Houston in 1999.
April Hardenbol
Director of Accounting & Systems Analysis
Ms. Hardenbol joined EZCheck in August 2000. As director of accounting and systems analysis, Ms. Hardenbol oversees the accounting, risk management, underwriting, and information technology departments at EZCheck. In her role, she is responsible for financial reporting, account profitability, and enhancing EZCheck's internal information and management systems. Ms. Hardenbol has over twelve years of experience in the payment processing industry including six years spent at TeleCheck Services in ever increasing areas of responsibility including marketing, accounting, and risk management. Ms. Hardenbol graduated with honors from the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
